Cook, fry, grill...all on one versatile gas-powered travel cooker. The cooker is especially useful for car touring because it's small, compact and lightweight, so it fits in any car and is easy to carry. Thanks to the large burner (diameter 11 cm), the cooker has a high performance and can comfortably cook a meal for the whole family. The large and deep pan (39.5 cm) and the flat grill plate (33.5 cm) provide plenty of space for plenty of meat and vegetables. The pan and grill plate are enamelled. Pots up to 45 cm in diameter can also be used on the cooker.

The cooker is also ideal for barbecuing on the balcony or terrace at home. Unlike charcoal grills, it does not smoke and there is no risk of hot sparks flying off. It also does not require much cleaning after each barbecue. It is small and compact, yet very stable.

Included in the package are the cooker, 3 legs, a 33.5 cm diameter grill plate for plancha grilling and a large 39.5 cm diameter frying pan. Both are enamelled.

The gas cartridges can be bought in sports shops, fishing tackle or hobby markets. These are 7/16´´ threaded cartridges that are available almost anywhere in the world. In our offer you can find cartridges under the code SN00043 (300g) and SN00017 (500g).

Before use:

IMPORTANT! - Safety requirements

The stove may only be operated by an adult over the age of 18 according to these instructions! When operating the stove, the operator must also respect the general fire safety regulations!
Under no circumstances should children be allowed to operate the stove!
The stove must be stored out of the reach of children.
Attention: During the operation of this product, air (oxygen) is consumed and carbon dioxide is produced. Do not ignite or use this appliance in unventilated areas, rooms, tents or vehicles. It is dangerous to use a stove to heat an enclosed space, there is a risk of inconspicuous carbon monoxide poisoning!
It is forbidden to use the appliance in rooms and spaces below ground level!
Use the cooker only for the purpose for which it was made (heating pots with liquids and food, grilling on a grill plate, preparing food in a special pan).
Keep the product at a safe distance from flammable materials.
During operation, the cooker must be placed on a non-flammable mat and kept under supervision!
Make sure all screw connections are tight before use. Carry out the leak check in a well-ventilated workshop, or in an outdoor environment, away from sources of ignition/ignition and out of reach of other people!
The cooker parts can be very hot! Keep out of reach of children! Before disassembling the system, make sure that all its parts are cool.
Never use the product if any part of it has been damaged or is missing. Do not use the stove if it is leaking, damaged or if it is not working properly!
If the appliance is not tight (smell of gas), immediately move it outdoors, in a place without open flames and with good ventilation, where the leak can be detected and stopped. If you want to perform a leak (leakage) check of the appliance, do it outdoors. Do not detect leaks with an open flame, use a foaming (soap) solution!
Replace the pressure vessel (gas cartridge) outdoors, away from sources of ignition/ignition and out of reach of other people!
The surface temperature of the gas cylinder must not exceed 40 °C!
Any direct heating of the compressed gas cylinder to increase the evaporation power of the liquid gas is prohibited!
After connecting the stove to the gas cylinder, avoid tilting, turning and other manipulations with the gas cylinder, which would result in the liquid PB mixture swelling into the burner of the stove. After igniting the burner, as a result of incomplete gasification of the liquid PB mixture, a flaming flame would be significantly shot out of the burner. After the liquid gas burns out, the size and intensity of the flame would return to the originally set values. The result is clogging of the nozzle (poor combustion), excessive tanning of stove components, soot formation and a greater risk of fire (the resulting flame cannot be controlled)!
For safety reasons, do not modify any parts of the stove!
It is forbidden to convert the appliance to another type of gas!
It is forbidden to place and use pressurized gas cylinders (even empty ones) in areas below ground level!
IMPORTANT WARNING! Do not use containers wider than 45 cm in diameter and heavier than 3 kg!

Connecting the cartridge to the stove

Before connecting the cartridge, insert the feet into the terminals in the cooker and secure them against falling out.

Cartridges manufactured according to EN 417, equipped with a self-sealing valve with a 7/16" connection thread, are intended for the operation of this cooker.

Before connecting the cartridge, make sure that the sealing "O" ring is in perfect condition. If this part shows signs of wear, replace it. It is 12x8 mm in size. Use a sharp object to remove the worn gasket, and a blunt object of appropriate dimensions to fit the new gasket.

Check that the cooker control valve is fully closed - turn clockwise to close.

It is only possible to connect the cartridge to the cooker outdoors, away from people and any source of ignition, i.e. open flame, electric shock, etc.

After connecting the cooker to the cartridge, at least make sure by smell that this system is perfectly tight. Never do this with an open flame. If the system shows signs of leakage after assembly, disassemble the system and recheck the seals. If you are unable to remove the defect, disassemble the stove and do not use it! Do not light it or go near an open fire or any other source of ignition.

Both the cooker and the cartridge are equipped with a right-hand thread for mutual connection. When attaching the cartridge to the stove, it is necessary to proceed with the necessary care so as not to cross the threads (the so-called "screwing over the thread"), otherwise the stove will be destroyed due to improper handling.

When screwing the cartridge onto the stove, a faint hiss of gas can be heard by opening the bomb valve with the opening pin. A further turn will seat the seal on the cartridge and ensure the tightness of the system. Further violent, unnecessary tightening leads to rapid wear of the seal, or to destroy the cooker thread! Occasional light smearing of the cooker thread with vaseline will significantly extend its life.

Ignition and operation

Secure the stove with the cartridge in a vertical position. Turn the gas cap to the left to open the gas supply. Use matches or a lighter to light the cooker. When lighting the flame, open the gas to full power.

If the cartridge has been in the cold and at rest for a long time, it must be thoroughly shaken before use, otherwise the flame will "take off" after lighting the stove for about one minute. If a cooking vessel is placed on the stove before lighting the flame, this phenomenon almost does not occur.

When using a completely new cartridge that has been exposed to heat for a long time, a massive yellowish flame may erupt after lighting the stove. Immediately close the control valve to minimum until the flame subsides. This phenomenon will most certainly occur if the cartridge cooker is strongly tilted.

Avoid boiling the liquid from the cooking pot during operation, otherwise it will be damaged or completely destroyed, as well as the cooker.

Do not leave the cooker unattended during operation.

When operating the stove, keep a safe distance from flammable materials - at least 0.5 m. Do not place flammable objects on the stove.

If you are in doubt about the correct function of the product, do not use it and contact the seller or service.

Termination of operation

Operation is terminated by tightening the control valve to the right until the flame goes out. The cartridge can then be disconnected from the cooker by unscrewing.

As a rule, perform this operation only after the cooker has completely cooled down.

The cartridge must never be removed from the cooker while it is in operation! Always separate the cartridge from the stove after use, to prevent the cartridge from emptying due to a small leak. This can be caused by dirt that gets between the cooker and the cartridges. Therefore, keep this area clean.

4. Alerts for emergency situations

If the flame blows out of the active part of the burner, immediately close the control valve and slightly tighten the cartridge to the stove. If the flame continues to appear, extinguish it with a stream of water, which you usually have ready for heating. If the flame cannot be extinguished, throw away, or kick the stove and cartridge to a safe place. Ensure that no one approaches the cooker at a distance of less than 20 m until the gas burns out. Do not use the cooker afterwards!

5. Disassembling, cleaning and assembling the stove

The cooker consists of two main parts: the valve body and the burner, which are connected to each other with a thread and sealed with an "O" ring. The disassembly of these parts is necessary in order to clean the nozzle. Even a small clogging sharply reduces the performance of the stove.

Do not use needles and pins for cleaning, as this damages the nozzle and may break the tip of the needle in the nozzle and thus destroy the cooker. A negative pressure created by the mouth or blowing is often enough to clean. It is also possible to use a very thin wire or a fine brush.

Use a damp cloth and soap when cleaning the cooker. Never immerse the device in water or spray it with water, never clean it with chemicals or flammable liquids.

In case of any problems or need for repair, the device should be sent directly to the manufacturer. For more information, contact the retailer where you purchased the device.

After use, keep the device in a dry, clean and well-ventilated environment.

Always transport the cooker separately from the cartridge.

6. Pressure vessel with gas - cartridge

The cartridge contains liquefied, highly flammable propane-butane gas under constant pressure. Follow the instructions directly on the cartridge.

7. Technical data and disposal

Fuel: propane-butane up to 0.8 MPa

Maximum permissible load of the cooker with the container including contents: 3 kg

At the end of its useful life, hand over the stove to the redemption center for collecting raw materials. Place the packaging in the recycling bin

8. Warranty conditions

The product has a statutory warranty of 24 months from the date of sale. This provision does not apply to products damaged by violence, improper handling or unprofessional repair.

Using the device contrary to this user manual results in voiding the warranty!
