The YATE rehabilitation sitting wedge is a preventive health aid that helps maintain the correct posture while sitting. It relieves back pain, strengthens postural muscles (mainly deep back muscles, back erectors), prevents fatigue, has a positive effect on balance and correct body posture not only when sitting but also during walking, running and other physical activities.

 

The rehabilitation seat wedge is mainly suitable for office chairs and cars, but it can also be used for kitchen chairs, armchairs, garden swings, etc. Office workers and drivers who spend a lot of time behind the wheel will appreciate this seat wedge the most. The sitting wedge has no age limit. It is produced in two different stiffnesses.
