YATE Nordic walking poles carbon

Poles designed to support walking and Nordic walking. The fixed length of the stick guarantees 100% support and rebound and low weight. Thanks to the high quality strap and handle, the poles hold precisely on the hands and this increases both safety, comfort and efficiency in Nordic walking. The cork part of the handle makes it comfortable to hold.

When walking with poles, the muscles of almost the whole body are exercised. Walking is one of the healthiest exercises because it engages most of the muscles in the body and, unlike running, is gentle on the knee joints. In addition, with the use of walking sticks, proper upper body posture and arm exercises occur.

The poles are equipped with rubber covers to ensure good contact between the pole and the background. In soft ground the covers can be removed. The rubber covers can be purchased new.

How to choose the right pole length: the hand with the pole should be at right angles to the elbow.
